Check in is 3PM or later. Check out is 11AM.
- Rates: Taxes are extra. All rooms are subject to a 5.5% sales tax and a 10% city room tax.
- Reservations: All reservations require payment in full at the time of reservation.
- Cancellations: Because we are a small Inn, please do not reserve rooms unless you are certain of your dates. It is much harder for us small innkeepers to absorb cancellations. There is a $50 fee for any cancellation. (For multi room reservations, the fee is $50/room.) For cancellations more than 21 days out, the fee is $50. For cancellations within 21 days of arrival, the charge is 100% of your reservation unless we can rebook the room. All cancellations must be in writing (via email) and must be acknowledged by us in writing. Reservations made through 3rd party travel sites are non refundable.
- Pets: We cannot allow pets in the main portion of the house.
- Service animal: We do allow service animals that are individually trained or are being trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. Click here for Full Service Animals Policy.
- Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome.
- Extra Guests: All rooms are limited to two guests. Any additional guests will be charged a $25/night extra fee.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property. There are great park benches nearby to enjoy this activity.
- Parking : We have an 5 parking spaces for 7 rooms. Parking in our lot is free and is first come first served. There is ample free street parking.
- Whole House Rentals: A $250 fee will be added to any whole house rental due to the extra wear and tear involved with such rentals. An additional $150 fee will also be added that will go to housekeeping staff. Please note that parties are expressely prohibited. Any event involving guests not staying at the Inn requires advance permission and will incur additional fees.
